We are fully licensed in Florida which means we can perform any activity a licensed agent can, including drafting offers. We understand that sometimes you just need a little extra help when you’re on the road, during showings or handling personal matters and can’t submit an offer right away. Our offer preparation service alleviates that pain point without missing the opportunity to submit an offer on behalf of your client.

• Draft the offer

• Agent must provide all terms and approve in writing before it is sent to the client.

• Obtain initials if a counter offer is received (revisions will be made only one time).

• Send for signing and to agent if requested by agent
